"I am a stay at home mother of two. I struggled with a weight gain due to a medical condition right before I became pregnant with my first child over five years ago. I then gained 35 pounds while pregnant and struggled to get that off along with the other 20 pounds I had put on my petite frame. I just couldn't lose weight.
I worked with various doctors to find solutions to why my body would not allow me to lose weight. Nobody could give me the answers I needed. It wasn't diet. It wasn't lack of exercise. After my second month on FIT, I lost an additional 5 inches. I was down a total of 8 inches after two months! I felt leaner and stronger and I was now running more and walking less. When I told a friend that I was down 8 inches, her response was, "But you aren't flabby". That's right! I am tightening and toning my body with this system.
After my third month on the FIT complete pack, I am down 10.5 inches and 5 pounds! I got called "skinny minny" by another friend the other day and it made me feel AMAZING! I haven't felt "skinny" for over 6 years - back when I was in the best shape of my life... I am not on a diet and DO NOT feel deprived. I have made a lifestyle change for the better.
I am so proud to be setting a great example for my 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. I look forward to my next 3 months on FIT!"
